They signed Dunbar and have not put Ogletree on IR so that puts them at 53 and thus they cut Watts...The plan is to see if Ogletree will be able to come back after the surgery and maybe if they put him on IR, they will bring Watts back.

We need him?
Think we're good at rb.
It's just about everywhere else on offense we could use a little help

Fisher said they know how long it will be before Ogletree is ready to come back, so they are buying time and hoping they don't need the designated-to-return IR for anyone else. Fisher has said last week that it would be more than 8 weeks.

I think that tells me that Ogletree is gonna be out for at least 10 weeks and the Rams think they can get him back with one or 2 games left in the regular season. Obviously, Fisher is thinking playoffs here, otherwise he would just put AO on the shelf until 2016.

Bottom line is if the Rams are out of the playoff hunt, we won't see Ogletree again this year. And even if he does come back, he's gonna be rusty and nowhere near as fast on the field as he was a few weeks ago. Good thing is, he will be just fine in 2016 when the Rams move to LA.

Agreed on this too. O-line help? trade? possible WR? and did I say O-line ,,, depth at least.

That LA in 16 part sounds sweet to my ears..
