I think they'll show up but I'll be too drunk to notice.

I've been about as apathetic as I can ever recall going into this season. But for some strange reason I think we're going to put up a good fight tomorrow. Not sure if we can pull out a road victory, but I'd say we're going to demonstrate that we're improving and that we're no longer a pushover. let's hope

I'm keeping the hope alive until and if it's absolutely not possible.....

At a minimum, we simply need to play good football and look like a real team v Packers. Win or Lose, if we can do that - we have turned a corner.
If this is a total flat showing, we are the same as always and I will be sad.

this is where i'm at too in terms of this game, i want to see the gang put up a fight, turn in a good showing, and i'll be fine with a loss if that's the case... what i want to see most is the offense take a step forward, build on some of the things they did in arizona, even if they come up short, i could certainly live with that... the thing is the rams aren't going to face green bay, a red-hot aaron rodgers, in lambeau no less, in each of their remaining 11 games, so if they get worked i'm not going to take it as a prelude to a failed season, there's a lot of football left after the packers game, a lot of winnable games imo...

opps, re the thread topic... hopefully they'll come to play, not flat... but if the packers throttle you in green bay does that automatically mean you were flat? can you be ready to play, but still get throttled by the pack, without being flat? sadly, i think the answer is yes.
