POST #10 opps, re the thread topic... hopefully they'll come to play, not flat... but if the packers throttle you in green bay does that automatically mean you were flat? can you be ready to play, but still get throttled by the pack, without being flat? sadly, i think the answer is yes. Not sure if we can pull out a road victory, but I'd say we're going to demonstrate that we're improving and that we're no longer a pushover. let's hope this is where i'm at too in terms of this game, i want to see the gang put up a fight, turn in a good showing, and i'll be fine with a loss if that's the case... what i want to see most is the offense take a step forward, build on some of the things they did in arizona, even if they come up short, i could certainly live with that... the thing is the rams aren't going to face green bay, a red-hot aaron rodgers, in lambeau no less, in each of their remaining 11 games, so if they get worked i'm not going to take it as a prelude to a failed season, there's a lot of football left after the packers game, a lot of winnable games imo... by aeneas1 9 years 8 months ago Total posts: 16894 Joined: Sep 13 2015 Norcal Hall of Fame Re: How Flat Will We Be? POST #10 opps, re the thread topic... hopefully they'll come to play, not flat... but if the packers throttle you in green bay does that automatically mean you were flat? can you be ready to play, but still get throttled by the pack, without being flat? sadly, i think the answer is yes.
