The Rams currently own a 2.33 PPD average, #6 in the league. The 2000 Rams had a 2.76 avg and the 2001 Rams had a 2.57 avg. So based on that the 2017 Rams are about as far away from the 2001 Rams as the 2001 Rams were from the 2000 Rams offensively.
