It's pretty simple.

Fisher must be replaced if the Rams are going to be successful in LA.

That should be part of the agreement with Kroenke in order to approve the move.

The NFL wants to do LA right. I can't imagine they see Fishers Rams as what they want in LA.

The game has passed Fisher by, IMO. He wants to be that power run team. The weakest part of the team is their run game. They're pretty bad as it is and teams know that. Make sure they don't get their run game going and you can stop them. Its actually pretty easy for an NFL defense to shut them down. And that is what we have with a Jeff Fisher team.

Unless they totally tank and its obvious he's lost his team, Fisher will be coaching the Rams in 2016. And for once there will be real pressure on him to win. Stan doesn't want the 2016 Rams to look like the 2012-2015 Rams. I don't see a Fisher team winning more than 8 games. But its gonna take two more seasons to make a coaching change.

One other thing to add. A couple years ago when they tried to run a spread offense and it didn't work, Fisher went back to what he's most comfortable with. Running the ball and making a commitment to running the ball.

That is what they are doing now and it isn't working. I don't believe he has an answer for that. He's already running an offense he's most comfortable with. What changes do you make? Maybe a tweak in blocking assignments? I honestly don't think any of that will work. Guys are losing individual battles and losing assignment battles. Fisher is already doing what he's most comfortable with. He can't really change that.

I don' think I've ever wanted a coaching change so badly as I want one now. And yes, this includes the Linehan & Spag eras.

And quite frankly, I've grown ulterly dismayed and exhausted by those that continue to find excuses to support this current coaching staff. This is the first time in my life I've felt this way toward other Rams fans and the coaching staff, which is really saying a lot.

Here's one thing that bothers me. Back in the day, the Redskins ran a power running game with multiple oversized Tight Ends. When we had the genius, the other genius Josh McDaniels, he ran 3 and 4 te power formations. The Redskins, back in week 2 used multi-tight end heavy formations against the Rams. I saw the Bears running multi TE sets with an extra tackle today (yeah, it didn't help them).

The current Rams, with a young O-line, only have 2 TE's who are worth a damn in the running game and the most worthless TE is starting.

Wasn't Pete Holohan mainly a 3d down TE for the Rams? Let's experiment using Cook the same way -- start the better blockers at TE.
