Foles vs. Bradford

Rough week for both of them.
Bradford followed up his unimpressive 77.1 passer rating in Atlanta with a 65.6 stinker at home. If it wasn't for that last TD drive, i think his passer rating may have been zero. A really, really bad game for Bradford today.
Nick Foles followed up his impressive 115.8 debut with a very disappointing 76.3 performance at FedEx Field today.
On to next week...

The Eagles are hexed right now. That was the most bizarre game I've ever seen.

as bad as nick's outing was, and it was rough, i'm not sure if i've ever seen an outing as bad sam's vs the cowboys, i think it was even worse than the brutal outing he had against the niners in 2013, on national tv, just brutal.... some wondered if he could stay healthy enough to play 50% of the eagles' offensive snaps, which would let the rams off the hook for a 2016 4th rounder, but you now have to wonder if he can get to 50% of the snaps before getting benched ... btw, the meaningless final drive accounted for almost 40% of his passing yards on the day, before that drive his stat line read: 55.2% completion rate, 4.8 yards per attempt, 39.4 qb rating...

Well, Chip said he is gonna evaluate every position including QB, so you may be right about Sam not getting his 51%.
At least we get a 2nd rounder.
It looks Bradford is not only injury prone, but just maybe he was a bust all along.
Foles may not be the answer either. Jury is still out him, IMO. He's inconsistent with his accuracy from game to game.

I'm not defending bad play by rams players. But from what I've seen from other teams the past two weeks its clear to me teams don't have enough time to get ready in training camp and pre-season. Its like a lot of teams, including the Rams, are still in training mode. The elite teams are taking advantage, Patriots, Packers.....

I am sooooo glad we finally cut bait with Sam Bradford. He may turn it around but that extra cash and Foles was such a no brainer. Thank you Snisher.
Cig's needs to work up a few new plays now and don't forget to remember the pass pro..

My brother is a Philly fan and said that was arguably the worst game he's ever seen by a Philly QB. "Deer in the Headlights" is his new nickname. Bottom line, he's not a good QB. I don't think Foles is some savior either, but definitely better.

There's something going on with Philly right now and it's more than just Bradford struggling. Murray can't gain any yardage. Peters forgot how to block. All the receivers have dropped passes.

Great stuff Aeneas, as always.
That pick at the end of the first half looked just brutal as well, at least on TV...

Chocolate Chip Kelly is a gimmick coach, and the league has caught up with his "schemes." Yeah, you can get away with it in college when you can out talent someone, but in the NFL, it's more an even field. Notice his offenses are getting progressively worse since he started coaching? His dumping of talented players just shows he's arrogant as well. He'll be back coaching college in a couple years.
