Who do I talk to in order to get the squad named back to "The Embraceable Ewes"?

It was the best cheer squad name EVER and PC sucks.

Even If they don't rename, I'm calling them that anyway. I would request that we ALL do so.

Rename by revolution! MRCEA!

PC aside, I was never a fan of that name. I guess there was a song before my time (which means REALLY old) called "Embracable You" and I thought it was a bad pun and not exactly hip.

Speaking of hip, my uncle was in the Rams jazz band in the 50's, or at least so i'm told...

Welcome to the board, Olsen. This is a cool place to hang out.

I must admit I was never a fan of the "Ewes". It just seemed a little too Hollywood for me. I do remember the original "Ewe" uniforms were a little too risqué for the NFL, thus a little more spandex was added...something about a gap in the uniform in the area of the lower hips.

embraceable ewes...

those of us that were hard core ram fans back in the day used to watch all the preseason games vis channel 11 or kcal 9...maybe it was ktla 5...anyways no matter...

but i know there is someone out there that saw what i saw...

the game is going on and getting back from commercial, and of course, they zoom in on the cheerleaders, and at that time they had suits that one strap that came off their shoulders and wrapped across their breasts...

well the cheerleader they focused on was jumping up and down, and all of the sudden her breast pops out of the suit completely, and she doesn't even notice!
completely exposing her breast and nipple... oblivious to it, she just goes on cheering...
the announcers went silent( jim hill and whoever), and i couldn't believe my eyes, nor complain about how long the cameraman held the shot... it was awsome

so ya... i love me some embraceable ewe...

go rams

I always liked the play on words myself. Since were back to white horns , why not.

Embraceable Ewes. Pretty mountain goats with pom-poms.

And welcome to the board @Olsen74

Thanks. I just figured Rams, Ewes. Not supposed to be "hip" it just sorta follows in the natural scheme of things. I was a big fan as a kid in South Gate, in the 50s & 60s. Got pretty torqued when the Rams went to Anaheim (due to the LACO / OC rivalry on the surf route).
Then they went to St. Louis and I just blew off NFL . I still had the Dodgers. (Vin Scully patted me on the head at LAX in 1959)
Now they're back and I really don't know a thing about them. I just hope they win.

My FAVORITE LA players, among many greats are Merlin Olsen (duh) and Don Drysdale. Kinda dates me huh?

Well, I can still knock an opposing QB's dork in the dirt.
