One think i can say with absolute certainty: McVay runs faster than Jeff Fisher. Practice did seem to have more energy than last year and also seemed like there was more scrimmage time. But it was only one day and i'm no expert on this stuff.

If today was any indication, Goff will be throwing to Higbee a lot. Orlovsky threw a couple ugly interceptions, not off to a good start.

Cooper made a nice catch on a deep ball down the sideline from Goff but came up a little lame, seemed fine later. Tru looked hurt after breaking up a pass, but like i said he might have just been exhausted.

Bubba was there too, hopefully we'll get his report...
