Have the owners made up their minds? Chargers/Rams in Inglewood?

EDIT. I imagine the cities will get a chance to update the committee of any new developments prior. Something about this seems positive for us LA Rams guys.

Having the cities present is more a courtesy as opposed to due process. Do NFL owners want to go through a dog and pony show if a deal will be hammered out behind closed doors? The only vote that takes place a predetermined rubber stamp one. Stan in Inglewood with whoever realizes that his stadium begins construction in December and wants to cut a deal first or be left with San Antonio or St. Louis as leverage with their city. Stan has played the good soldier but come December he begins building
