He is 27, and backed up Richie Incognito last year before starting the final 7 games after Buffalo OC Eric Wood got injured. This kid played at Wisconsin, and the Buffalo OL was ranked #11 in the league this year; team rushing ypc was 5.3--pretty damn good. They have a boatload of guys to re-sign, and he might be a great find for us in rebuilding our Oline.
Barnes is a back-up quality player and just cannot match up against some of the studs we play.

Why not. Anything is likely an upgrade.

Having Aaron Kromer as OL Coach should also give the Rams an edge, if Ryan Groy can play, Kromer should know.

He got the low tender so no compensation would go to the bills. They have right to match any offer though.

Thanks Hack and Elvis! Got a clean bill of health about 3 weeks ago. LOT more fun and hope being a Ram's fan now, huh?

That's great news. Hope you can make it to training camp this year, hang out, and resume your RFU reporter duties...
