Dear You,
On behalf of the Los Angeles Rams, thank you for being a key part of our inaugural season back home in L.A and we are excited to continue this historic journey with you. As our new Head Coach Sean McVay said in his introductory press conference, “we are focused on daily improvement and daily excellence.” This applies to our work both on and off the field as we strive to reward your passion and dedication.
In preparation for the 2017 season, be on the lookout for your ticket renewal packet to arrive via email in February. This digital packet will contain information about the renewal process and provide details on YOUR priority for the new Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywood Park. Let the member services team know if you have questions upon receipt.
Thanks to everyone who responded to the NFL Voice of the Fan surveys sent out throughout the 2016 season that are designed to help us deliver a better gameday experience. If you have not already done so or if you have additional comments, please share your feedback by clicking on this link . Based on this information, we will create a plan to improve the experience for you and your guests. We will communicate these enhancements to our Season Ticket Members prior to the upcoming season.
If we can be of assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us at 818-338-0011.
Go Rams!

There is one thing about these LA Rams this days. I am REALLY excited about next year. And we haven't hit Free Agency or the Draft yet.
Man do they say and make the right changes. At one point, since we keep in line for PSL's for the palace in Inglewood, I was considering whether or not to personally invest tickets for this next year. Now I am all in. I am looking forward to finally going to a tailgate with my RFU buds and meeting RedAlice in the way overpriced bar. I can't tell you how much Melissa and I enjoyed those few minutes.

LOL!!!
You are so right. I thought I was going to an event. And when we arrived, I discovered it became a challenge.
Thanks for hunting us down. Melissa still gets a kick when I say you were my first internet hookup.

So much fun.

Glad I had a chance to help wreck your Monday on a couple occasions... lol

I was so happy to find you guys! I think I asked several people if they flew for Southwest before finding you. Actually, I have another Rams fan couple on my Facebook now from me wandering asking that question. That was fun, your wife is a sweetie.
Hacksaw64 and I went in there during half-time to eat our burgers as well, though the drinks were no longer included by that point.

It's that two hour train ride that someone stocks with mimosas! Hopefully we can expand the train crew next year too.

Well now that we've turned this into a drinking thread....
Actually, just went and read my email. Cool - looks like the process will be easier this year, though the confusion and excitement of the waves was kinda fun last year.
I know my seats are in the area to be renovated, I'm hoping that doesn't start until 2018.
The Rams ticket office has been wonderful all year. I've never been a season ticket holder before, but this seems to be a lot better than what I've heard from Charger fans.

I'm curious how the renewal process will go, and if we will have a chance to "upgrade" seats to a better spot.
Particularly interested to see if any tailgating parking opens up.

If I were a betting man I'd say our seats will be upgraded pretty substantially. For example, I know I wont be buying 8 tix this year. All my friends I've talked to who bought 8 also aren't. As a matter of fact, If one of my friends buys 2 of mine, I won't buy seats for myself. I had better luck buying weekly tickets for cheaper than list price. As long as I have 2 in my name I'm good to go with my place in line for the Palace.
Like you, I'd LOVE to get tailgating passes, but I'm not holding my breath.
