The past year, the Chargers never really made an effort to come up with a solution in SD. Measure C never had a chance to get 2/3.

- It's official.

- As reputable as Shefter has always been, it's still just a report. Nothing's official. I'll believe it when the Chargers come out and make the official announcement.

- I think it's safe to say it's happening dude... anyways...this sucks

- Not happening. No matter what is said. They will stay in SD.

- I mean, holding out hope until the buses pack up and organization leaves town is all good and well, but it's over bud. They've notified the commissioner. They'll be announcing it likely tomorrow.

I wish I didn't care but I really didn't want the Rams to share LA. But, getting Spanos to pony up some money to help pay for the new stadium is probably fine with Kroenke.

I can't believe that the NFL wanted SD vacated though. As far as I've heard, Spanos and Co. still haven't made the formal request and technically speaking, it isn't a done deal. Does Spanos have the clout/money to go rogue?
