There is a thread on the other Rams site about what he said. Apparently Stan & Span have been playing golf together recently. Also, he says there won't be a vote, there will be an agreement and possibly the Jags going to St.Louis.
Stan & Span in Inglewood and the owners want Mark Davis to get a new haircut and also to sell the Raiders.

Which other site. I checked the PD, Clan, ROD, RRF and the Herd and must have missed it.
