Week 7: Rams @Giants in London.

Game Time: Sunday, October 23rd at 6:30am PST on NFL Network.

Rams: 3-3
Giants: 3-3

The boys are in London and both teams are 3-3.

Giants are having some drama around their kicker Josh Brown with his domestic abuse and Beckham has a hip stinger injury, so may or may not play.

Should be a game the is winnable - so, go Rams!

---

Rams are currently 3 point underdogs with a 43.5 over/under

Article from the Giant's side regarding the Sunday Match-up:

http://www.giants.com/news-and-blogs/ar ... fe2c0924e2

Some excerpts:

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The Giants will try to win their second European game and take some momentum into their bye week when they face the Los Angeles Rams Sunday in Twickenham Stadium in London. Both teams are 3-3, but the Giants defeated Baltimore last week, while the Rams have lost two games in a row to Buffalo and Detroit.

In 2007, the Giants were the first NFL team to win a regular-season game outside North America when they defeated the Miami Dolphins, 13-10, in the inaugural International Series game.

>> KEYS TO VICTORY VS. RAMS

The Giants have won their last six games against the Rams dating back to 2002, but trail in the alltime regular-season series, 25-15. The postseason series is tied, 1-1.

What is the Rams’ biggest strength?

An extremely disruptive defense. The unit’s numbers aren’t particularly impressive – Los Angeles is 17th in the league in both yardage and points allowed – but the unit has come up big when it counted, getting late stops to clinch victories in one-possession games vs. Seattle, Tampa Bay, and Arizona. The Rams’ formula for victory is to unleash a swarming defense that keeps points down, generates turnovers, and find a way to pull it out in the fourth quarter.

the giants have faced:

cowboys 5-1
vikings 5-0
redskins 4-2
packers 3-2
ravens 3-3
saints 2-3

not exactly a bunch of cupcakes.... rams schedule hasn't been a walk in the park, but they've faced the niners (1-5), bucs (2-3) and lions (3-3), not exactly murderer's row...

I don't understand why NFL is having a game in London that is only broadcast in the U.S. on the NFL Network, which most people don't have.

Bars aren't open at 6:30am to go watch it somewhere. (Well, I think I saw some in LA will be). Is stupid. At least the last one was on a normal channel.

You should be able to watch it from online.

From NFL.com, NFL Network....

I believe you just have to log on into your cable network provider.

Its been awhile since I've used it, when I'm on vacation this is how I use to watch games.

You should be able to test it out before game time, cause they show it live if you log on.

http://www.nfl.com/network

Hope that works out.

If that doesn't work.

I know in the L.A. market they are also showing it on CBS.

So for those that don't have NFL network, but live just outside from the L.A. market,

Take a one day vacation in the market area and stay at a motel or hotel.

Check in on a Sat night and you can watch the game in the morning.

Then check out right after the game is over, which will end around 9:30-10:00am.

Most Hotels have a check out time between 10 and noon.

Just a few suggestions. :D :D :D

Thanks @69RamFan for the updated watching info.

I'm at an event here in San Diego Sat night, so will try the NFL.com option in the morning. Might be the option of going out to one of the casinos w NFL Ticket as well.

Nice that it's being shown local in the LA area.

I know! Well, looks like my problem is solved. The house hosting the party has NFL Network, so just need to make sure I wake up on time like everyone else. Yay.
