It's a nice feeling and hope they keep it going. They will be adding Goff soon as well as their rookie WR's. The Present and the Future sure looks good from where I'm sitting. Not sure why you'd think they're going to be playing Goff any time soon, if at all this year.![]()
I'm not sure we will get a break from the Torch/Pitchfork crew though. I guess some choose to complain while the rest of us lift our glasses and toast!

AltiTude Ram wrote:Not hating and some of those concerns are valid. Although, most of them are based on past performance and not recent. I'm sure you will throw in stats about how bad the current Rams offense is but the fact is that they are 3 - 1 with 2 wins in the division. Only one home game so far with 3 road games. The story of this season is still being told and that's the point. Why keep nitpicking about the past and a coach most want gone? Enjoy the moment and watch this play out. Again, it's much better than pissing and moaning while they're winning in hopes you were right. Just saying.
AltiTude Ram wrote:We traded those picks for the top QB in the draft. I expect him to be that when all is said and done. Not after 3 weeks into the season. The other rookies are starting because of injury for the most part. Sure some are having good success but look at the experienced O-lines and talent around them. Dallas has the best O-line in the game and Philly isn't too far behind. Add in the WR talent and it's easy to see why Fisher is slow playing Goff.I still don't understand the logic. If the braintrust really thinks Keenum is a playoff caliber QB and they were going to play him anyway, why not give him some more help?
I guess we will have to revisit this in a couple of years as opposed to over-reacting 4 weeks into the rookie seasons. Not to mention, it sure looks like Fisher was right as the Rams are 3 - 1 and leading the division with Case. Enjoying the wins is soooo much more fun than crying in hopes you might be right.
aeneas1 wrote:i think those who remain skeptical are basing their opinion on the rams' recent performances, on this season's performances, and to more than a few it looks a lot like last year, and other years when the rams also won 3 in a row under fish, lousy offense, a defense that's asked to come through again and again, etc., etc., which typically isn't a recipe for a successful season as we well know... i mean are you seeing something different this year vs past years under fish? anyway, again, i'm guessing every rams fan is happy as hell the guys in horns are sitting at 3-1 after 4, why in the heck wouldn't they be? but does that mean they also have to believe the rams have looked solid in their wins, are much improved over past losing seasons, and are clearly on track to make a strong push for a postseason spot?
