and as bad as the browns are and have been, they've scored more offensive points than the rams since 2012 with the likes of weeden, manziel, hoyer, mccown, lewis, campbell, etc., etc., etc., under center... when will this nightmare end?

In 2016 they've outscored the Rams 30-9....
