alas, if only those standings meant all nfc west teams were equal in talent and potential going forward.... as it stands right now, i'm not sure the rams can or will finish better than last year's 5-11 niners...

After re watching the game with emotions of the moment being removed I'd say I really liked a lot of what I saw. Would I have enjoyed 7's being scored...hell Ya. But I believe the offence was moving the ball fairly nice. Each possession in the second half started apx our 15 yard line. Each time mostly on Keenums arm we moved the ball out of our side and controlled time of possession. What does that in turn help...thats right our defence. If you can't see Keenum has made good throws and decisions in this game which I might add is against a very good defence then I'd have to say you were blind. Would I like to see better play on offence of course but I'm willing to watch it grow after all I'm a fan for life not for the moment

Not how I thought the Rams would get there, but pretty acceptable. Agreed, so far, so good.

We have to be fair. Keenum made some beautiful throws at key situations on Sunday.
Hopefully he keeps it up.

I think the 1-1 is cool but also bugs me cause honestly we should be 2-0. The Niners are a very beatable team for us and we just came out bent over and squealed like a pig for a national audience. So while I will take 1-1 over 0-2, I do feel a bit robbed cause I do know we could in all reality be 2-0 right now, if.......................................

If we can't find a way to improve a putrid offense we won't be better than the 49ers. Asking the defense to dominate for 14 more games is not realistic. I hate to say it, but the 49er offense looks miles ahead of our offense right now. Imagine how good we'd be if we had that offense to compliment our defense?

now you're just being mean...
prior to heading down to levi stadium i posted that the one thing i didn't want to see, the one thing that would really pizz me off to no end, was last year's worst scoring offense with a new head coach and gabbert under center, and the rest of their offensive misfit toys, look like a capable unit and score points while the rams with their 5th year head coach, and first overall pick qb on the bench, continued to look like last year's incapable offensive mess... not only did i see it, i saw it in spades. flash forward to week 3 and the rams have 3 field goals to their name and 1 redzone appearance in 24 drives.. it's truly unbelievable.

Wow. All I say is this team does not look ready to compete two games in. I know we should be happy with a win. We coulda been staring at 0-2. But its not like this team was a good offense last year and we're just waiting for them to come around. They were bad last year and look worse this year.
