Wentz 2-0....Big!!

Wentz looked VERY good tonight.

Why on earth are not not building this team with a QB we invested greatly with our future on the bench maybe not even suiting up again this week.

What the hell does Fisher know that not one other coach in the league knows. My patience is growing very thin. VERY thin.

Had so much fun yesterday at the game. But we are not a playoff team obviously. Why spend for something we are not using.

Remember the argument that the Eagles could afford to start Wentz because they knew they weren't going anywhere this year?

I was tempted to make it myself a couple times...

I wanted Wentz. I wanted Wentz. Ugh, got behind the Goff pick, he looked very good at times in camp. Still no way to know what we have. He needs to be starting by game 5 and we need to be 2-2 or better.

Goff vs. Wentz is misdirection.

It's Boras vs. Pederson and we're gonna lose that battle almost every time regardless of who the QB is...

Wentz is a man.. Dude's got a cannon for an arm. He was flicking the ball 40+ yards. Came up short the first time but he can throw on the run and looks like a gamer. Big, fast, tough and so far seems to make things happen.
I hope the Rams were right but considering Philly got SB off the books and a few picks back via Minny, I'd give the nod to Philly,, at this point.

Would Wentz have fared any different than Goff is in LA? I have my doubts.

if wentz was on the rams' roster instead of goff, he would be alternating with mannion at the #2 spot while fish continued to tell everyone he'll be ready when he's ready...

in other news:

- the niners new head coach has his team ranked 8th in offensive scoring with gabbert under center.

- the eagles new head coach has his team ranked 7th in offensive scoring with a rookie qb under center.

- the rams 5th year head coach has his team ranked dead last, by a wide margin, in offensive scoring.

So true, doesn't matter the rookie, it's the same staff.

Let's not kid ourselves, if Wentz was here, he'd be throwing 2 yard hitches to Austin behind the LOS and 2 yard slants to Brian Quick.

I think Goff has big time potential, but being drafted into Fisherball means you're setup for failure. Simple as that.

The Rams just don't look like a functional offense. Goff will eventually play, and he'll struggle because of Fisherball, not his skill set. Wentz looks big time, but the comparisons should be made with a giant grain of salt.
