Just about a week to go before the scrum in Oxnard.

Who all is going to make it and when?

A lot of the players are staying at the Residence Inn where the scrimmages are. I imagine many would be hanging their in their lounge /19th hole afterrward. Hopefully the general population can get in without passes.

The Fearsome Forum also mentioned some of the players go to a place about 3 miles away (from the Residence) over by the Oxnard Airport called Pirates Bar and Grill. There will be special Rams-themed dinner and drink menus each night, with special events and special guests (including former L.A. Rams players), contests, and live entertainment planned throughout the Rams’ stay in Oxnard. That also might be an evening rendezvous spot.

This all of course if bubba can't get the RV out of the witness box.

The hotels have been booking up and the places are scattered.
For those on a budget, the Motel 6 is about 3 miles away from TC.

I'm going Tues over to Weds. Should be arriving a bit late because I'm coming from Laguna and stopping by Carson and Inglewood on the way up camera in hand..

It would be great to meet y'all, so let coordinate our itineraries.

today im gonna ask for 18-19 off so im gonna book room and drive down after work on 17th and go to tues and wed practice..

18th and 19th. My concern is where can a park my RV overnite on the 18th. Will they let mes pend the nite in the parking lot? Or do I have to leave and find a spot somewhere on the streets and have to come back and pay another 20 bucks?

I want to beat the traffic so I'll be there between noon and 3.

bubba, the link is to a Google Earth map of the area so you can check the area for parks, malls and parking lots. There seems to be a few locations near the freeway not far from the Residence Inn.
Perhaps give them a call to inquire about street RV parking and or what their concierge might recommend.

You might also consider looking over by the Pirates Inn near the Oxnard airport. That might be a place everyone ends up in the evening .

I'll most likely be there all three days, looking forward to meeting fellow board members.

Maybe we could identify each other by wearing something that says "Rams" on it...

Looks like the "No Signs" policy might not be in effect for this one....
