Thanks lol, these images are nothing. It was hard to take better shots because traffic is flowing and I'm driving.

I'll write a report soon explaining things that the images don't show. There's way more, trust me. :)

I had a fun time in Inglewood yesterday. First off, let me explain on how I took the pictures. The site is basically a square cube that is fenced all around. Inch by inch. There are only 3 openings (entrances). The entrance for the casino which is public and 2 entrances for the construction workers and big equipment. Those 2 are protected by security guards. I assumed the guard wouldn't let me enter Bc of safety hazards. So I didn't ask. Those 2 private entrances are where the gold is and you could see everything and take good shots. The other issue is not only the fence but there are cones and big holes around the fence. There's installing water and sewage pipes or whatever else all around the site and its not all completed. They just have to pour the cement and make new curbs. Once they do that you could easily walk across the street and see everything over the fence. Basically I could only take pics while driving or if I enter by the casino. Even then you can't see the whole site bc the casino is blocking the view. But make no mistake, I saw enough.

The site.
This play is HUGE. It's very very HUGE. I had no idea it was this big. The pictures are crap, they don't do the site justice. It's sooo big that you have to climb something tall to see the whole site. It's massive. I've never been here so I didn't know what to expect. It's basically a square cube and traffic is fluid all around. There's no parking on the street of the site. No stoping. There's just stop lights and that's it. When it's all completed, it's going to be a mini city with a entertainment zone. There's plenty of room for everything. I got off at the 110 freeway and drove about 3 miles to the site. It's like a spider web with different ways to arrive at the site. You could get off any exist and find yourself at the site, it's not difficult. It makes sense. Remember 80-90k people where in and out the site to watch the ponys race. So the way it's set up is smart and well thought out. Obviously there's going to be traffic on game days but still I don't see it as a big issue. From the site to the freeway might take 30 minutes or less, depending on which way you go and how it's set up for traffic on game days. The planes! Ok literally every 60 seconds there's a plane flying over but it's not directly of the site, I mean it is but it's not like every plane will exactly fly over the stadium. The site is so big that each plane flew at different areas around the site. At different times. I didn't hear the noise of the planes while I was outside of my car. The noise is a non issue. Listen, would I prefer if there was no planes yea sure but it's funny my friend liked the idea of the planes. He's like it's cool to see them fly over lol. I have to admit the city feels alive because of the planes. Honestly it's only 10 games a year and mostly Sunday's. Idc really it's a non issue. It's also an African American community. It's about 90% person black but it's not ghetto or anything I mean ya if you go through the "hood" sure but from the freeway to the site to LAX is normal. A cool thing is from the site to LAX is about 2 miles. That's a huge deal. And you could access the site and LAX through streets not freeways. Literally the team could get of the plane and with a police escort could arrive at the site where a hotel will be built in a matter of minutes. That's sooo cool think about it. It's a huge positive for the teams. Bottom line: it's the perfect site. It makes sense. It's a good location. It's HUGE. It's organized. It's a big giant square. It's simple and I could envision a mini city and its going to work. Stan is a smart, he picked the right spot. Again the pictures don't show everything you have to witness is with your own eyes to understand the scope of the dam place and get a vibe of the area.

Part 2 coming soon, on my lunch break haha!

Me too. I got two of 'em. One is a '73 F-250, covered in surface rust, lichen, moss, dirt...I still drive it 50 miles a week.

Nice pictures. Loved the trio of girls singing.

You should post this stuff at the PD, I'm certain they would appreciate it.

Go Rams!

@BuiltRamTough

Great pics and they're getting busy. One thing i want to correct you on...........Inglewood is no longer majority African-American.
Inglewood is about 50% Hispanic, 43% African-American, 26% other, 23% White, and the rest Native Americans, Samoan, etc.
Inglewood is now a thriving community with people from different ethnicities.
The city is young, has hard working people, and the city is no longer a haven for the bad seeds that were a part of Inglewood in the past. The City of Inglewood and South LA are different entities.
The Stadium and Project has guaranteed about 35% or more employing Inglewood residents.
The Project, with Stadium, Parks, Lakes, Retail, Hotels, Venues, etc.etc. will be unlike anything ever built. I look forward to being one of the 35% or more residents employed there.
