Floyd Kephart alludes to some legal documents that Fred say's will be coming out soon which sounds like a problem for Carson. He also speaks of the remediation problem as being in the "R" section of that stadium's problem list. He is an Oakland guy who thinks Oakland has a chance.
Kephart calls it most likely Rams to LA.

He joined Roggin today and apparently there might be some information coming soon that will expose Carson. He also said he believes the Rams will be the team moving to LA.

As far as Carson goes and what Floyd knows. If I had to take a guess of what the legal documents say. I would think it has something to do with the land. What else could it be? He said will find out soon so idk will see.

What can it be? I'm intrigued. Albert Robles is no where to been seen after the town hall debacle. Before that he was on radio every other day. Hmmm

I tell you though, although this whole thing is stressful at times. It's also fun and instresting. Every other day there's something to talk about and I have feeling that it is just getting started.

That's exactly right, stressful and fun. Will be a bummer if things don't go the way we want them to but the odds seem pretty good for us.

He said on the list of things wrong with that site it was down around R. I'm guessing he's saying an alphabetical list of problems places it way down on R. That's a pretty serious statement.

Let's also keep in mind that Kephart is based out of SD and he's a successful developer and he's rich. He would know a thing or two about land use and things that go into building something big. I doubt he would go on radio and say something negative about Carson while he's in the process of trying to get a deal done with the NFL. If it was bs he wouldn't say "it'll come out soon". He's in confident that the public will find out.

As far as Policy goes, I didn't understand why people made it a big deal. He's just a PR guy basically. The guy is like "Carson could dig tomorrow" lol ok buddy. This is not 1960. We get information via our cellphones and we uncover bs. He thinks if he does a radio spot and speaks bs people will buy it. Not now, there's information everywhere.

I posted this info at a couple of other sites....It will be ugly for St Louis fans when they realize that Carson isn't going to happen, which may come pretty soon, according to Kephart. I tried to relay the interview at ROD and it wasn't recieved well when they realized Roggins was involved...I like ROD, but I wonder how long it will survive after the moving trucks back up to the docks at Rams Park?
