What happened to this kid last season? Here's the answer

He's coming to the right team if he is a former \ malcontent, as long as he pulled his head out of his ass.

Huge uphill battle for this kid. If and that is a big IF, the Rams decide they like what they see in mini camp and sign him. He is going to have to be so head and shoulders above the others (Moss like) that the character concerns are worth it. Might be a good PS player for 2016 to see how he handles himself in the day to day team activities.

Love the practice squad angle. If he can handle that, improve football wise, and stay our of trouble, he might be worth developing.

That is what I was thinking, Have him around professionals that can hopefully teach him what he needs to do to make it in this league. It's a zero risk gamble on a kid that has legitimate physical skills.
