A "freak" in what way ??
Been looking for game tape on him - and there's not much out there.
From what I've seen, he wraps up his opponents pretty well after contact.
From the tapes I have watched, he doesn't explode into tackle.
I also haven't seen tackles where he just crushes his opponents.
..
So does the above tweet, mean Tovell is a work-out "freak" ??

Total wild guess on my part, but I'm guessing not a freak in that way . . . too much in the way for good tackling.
