It seems his value was apparent when he was out and the Rams couldn't get a sack. He may not get the sack numbers himself, but he seemed to be important to the rest of the defense putting pressure on the QB. I understand why he had to be cut, but it was a stupid contract that he was under in the first place. Never should have had such a crazy deal.
