I think so. On the Ticketmaster website it gives you a page where it says "transfer ticket".

I've also heard people can transfer long time season ticket/PSL's to whoever they want.

Right, but can you transfer your cancelled reservation?

I don't think they allow more that 1 which allegedly gives you the ability to control of up to 8 seats factored by priority. 1st come 1st serve.

Funny how Magic got 1st pick,,, and did you notice the sluggish start, ? , it was MJ's jammers at work. haha..

So where does that seat block availability go? I have a feeling those were reallocated long before everyone was notified.
