With Long gone, its interesting to consider who the Rams plan to replace him.

The long term answer may be Westbrooks.

Have a feeling they will want to bring back both William Hayes and Eugene Sims and they also have Matt Longacre who showed something being an UDRFA and only 24.

I think Longacre has a very good chance to take over the rotational role of Sims or Hayes and move up the depth chart. That is assuming they don't draft a DE with anything in the first 2 days of picks.

Agreed den. With Long long gone Sims and Hayes ramp up a notch. Did a good job last year.

I don't think both will be back and I would favor Hayes over Sims. This draft is deep at DL; both Sims and Hayes could start for any number of teams which means their price tag(s) might be too high. We have developed/are developing, Longacre, Westbrooks, and Trinca-Pasat and with the draft being deep at DL, could draft another young gun to add to the rotation.

That said, I hope they can keep both, but especially Hayes.

All solid points. Just have to keep the pressure coming off that edge. RQ, MB and AD can do the rest.
