I posted this earlier in the draft thread after phoenixrising told me about it but thought the Demoff part was worth its own thread, should be cued up but Demoff at about 26 minutes in:

He talks about the Rams strategy of looking for market inefficiencies, zigging when other teams zag. This is why people from the outside can never pin down the Rams team building philosophy, it's constantly changing.

Also talks about Woodland Hills and mentions they hope to build some kind of Rams museum there...
