When Kupp cuts get, it appears we will have about $25M in cap space before accounting for Stafford's new contract. The Rams can get more for players that may not figure into this year's plan: Kendrick ($3.2M), D Williams ($6.8M), Parkinson ($3.2M). First one seems a no brainer, other two they may want to keep. I don't know, but it's not like either one was that good last year.
I would really like to see a CB get signed. A lot of the top end CBs got signed yesterday. But there's a few interesting options left: Rasul Douglas, Asante Samuel Jr., Darrius Slay (getting old), and of course Witherspoon. I'm not as high on Witherspoon as most here; he made some great plays, but he gets torched in man coverage. I'd be ok with him, though. Jaire Alexander is available in trade. That would be high risk/high reward move, but I'd do it.
I'd also like to get another backup RB instead of drafting one. Some backups with pass catching ability and speed available: Ty Johnson, Jeremy McNichols, Kenneth Gainwell. Mosert would be interesting if he's still got the long speed.

Hard to tell who's in their plans and who's not. I would have never thought between Kupp and Tutu, Kupp would be the odd man out. Must be the redundancy factor with Puka. Gonna be interesting to see how they shape this roster though. It's already looking interesting.

Would not hate another CB or ILB. Also maybe go after another pass rusher? TE? Engram?

ILB is a big need, but I don't really know the available players. I'd be down with Engram. And supposedly Goedert is available in a trade, but I like Engram better.

Rather draft a TE and ILB, sign a CB.

I agree vet CB is the priority and other positions can wait. A little skeptical one of the top 2-3 TEs is going to be there at 26, though. And Engram is unique is his ability to line up in the slot. One year removed from a 114-catch season.
I see Ty Johnson re-signed with the Bills, and Jeremy McNichols re-signed with Redskins, so my top backup RB suggestions got wiped out today.

As far as drafting a RB, I like skattebo, I know he's not a speedster but he is a bruser. TE at #26, Mason Taylor may still be availible, thou his blocking needs some work. Arroyo has too much of a injury history. Maybe Helm, thou not many are talking about him. I wouldn't be surprised if we trade back
