Haven't heard a word about this since Courtney Cronin's original post that they were closing in on a deal...

Being a rookie, I think it was way too much for him,
especially against the eagles or teams we played against with big NT or DT.
maybe within time.

But they wouldn't have picked up FA Shelton if they thought he would be their starter.
I just see Limmer as a good back up for now.

That's how I felt about Shelton too when he was here,
but haven't watched any of the bear's game to see if he improved,
and I have to rewatch the game we played against them too.

That gives us three centers, all three are small for my taste.

I was hoping that Avila could play center and slot in Levenston at LG,
but after training camp last season,
apparently, Avila didn't do better at center either.

If these numbers are right, decent amount of money for Shelton, seems like he'll be the defacto starter. Maybe Stafford has a really good rapport with him?
