Expected but still sad, end of an era.

The Rams are apparently through their "rejuvenation" period and making football decisions...

interesting. but with that contract, what can LA really get for him? The whole league knows, that the Rams know hes done and his contribution will nowhere match what they have to pay him and they just want the $ off their books. So what team would want to take that? Imagine if no one wants him, even for just 1 6th Rd pick? Do Rams then cut him?

$12.5M in cap space if the Rams can pull it off. To me, that means getting a vet WR in FA or another trade. Can't roll with Puka, some of this year's crew, and maybe a rookie.

I would love to see kupp on the coaching staff. I think he could be a head coach some day.

Rumor is Bills, Rams hoping for 2nd rd pick, Rams eating some of the contract. Rumors. Nothing substantiated.

I imagine the Rams asked him to take a pay cut and Kupp said no. Or maybe they think he is done/doesn’t fit the immediate future???

A tidbit from Jourdan:

A league source said that the Rams did not directly ask Kupp to restructure his existing contract, although in order to make a trade more appealing to prospective teams, a reworked contract is likely not out of the question, whether by his own design or that of an organization.
