Apparently Caley hasnt been formally requested yet (yes!)

I’m thinking if Caley leaves we will see McVay reunite with Shane Waldron or Thomas Henderson as TE coach.

Waldron and Henderson have been OC with two different teams with just middling results. They’ll have to return to a position coach position and rebuild their resume before getting another OC position.

Not a fan of Waldron I would not not to see that. I hope Caley stays for future opp.
