Yep. Pretty simple. You have only 1 loss left to give. Basically need to win out but Buffalo should torch this team. There’s your 1 loss left. Saints is a must win for sure.

Assuming the weak division results in a playoff spot...then what...another flogging like last night at the hands of a talented team? I understand the primary goal each season is making it to the post season. This year and this team that seems like a futile effort even if they get another game. The Rams should have been hungrier than the Eagles. They need wins more. They were at home. The Eagles were toying with them. Why bother?

With the games remaining, 9-8 is very possible to win the division. Just too many games between division opponents and we are 2-1, if we win 2/3 we will be in the mix. Buffalo is good but they dont have the running game that Philly has, not remotely close.

But alas yes we must focus on the game at hand as which New Orleans team will show up. Lets win the next one, all our focus on that game. Get better, more experience for the young defense.

Early line is Rams by 2.5.

We can all agree they really need to win this one (unless you think it's already too late).

Saints coming off of their bye. Alvin Kamara probably feeling pretty optimistic right about now...

They lose this one and then the Bills. 5-8 then having to win out. This is as must win as it gets this time of season. I wonder how much confidence this team lost last night. They are young. They could turtle. Or, they could rise up and use that humiliation and humbling to finally find “it”. Not a lot of hope for the latter from this fan. Lack of playmakers was exposed last night, IMO.

Free Tutu. Find a fuckin screen game.

I mean our young line and LB's got owned last night, but we faced the best OL in the line right now the best RB in the league and a physical running QB under center. I dont see anything but education for the young guys.

It is must win as our schedule is just to tough, we need a min of 4 wins, maybe 5 to make it.

The Bills are playing well but they dont present the challenges (or as many) as Philly did. Philly is best team in the NFL right now, yes I think they beat Detroit but maybe not in Detroit.

Totally agree on screen game, not sure why this isnt used more when teams are pressuring so much, but one of the issues is they were getting pressure with 4. Need Havs back ASAP, not that was our only issue. Alaric got owned a few times among others.

I mentioned TUTU in another thread. The dude in uncoverable. I also wouldnt mind seeing more of TJ, his size and run after the catch is something I want to see more of.

I forget which game it was but i remember telling a friend, "fortunately these Rams don't quit as easily as i do."

I don't think they'll roll over and die. They never do. But the teams we're playing won't either. We can beat the Saints, we're favored. But they can beat us too. That's football...

I mean the defense got absolutely destroyed against the Cardinals and been better gradually since. Last night was another lesson. Verse took the blame of taking the cheese and rushing inside when you need to rush from the outside and maintain contain.

This Rams team obviously has warts, but they can continue to improve, but both lines need to play better. We have to play good sound football and try to beat NO in NO. It wont be easy, but a pretty critical game. Got to take it one at time right now.

Nothing like getting humbled to tighten up your focus.

If you're up for a road trip the ticket prices have cratered. Hotels aren't badly priced either.

I half thought about it but already did my game of the season in Chicago.
