What's the history of these two "rumor mongers"?

I don't consider Jourdan a "monger", will she validate the "sources" as reliable?

If you read the tweet you can see Jourdan and Mike Silver along with The Athletic's NFL insider Diana Russini have all gotten the information about Kupp.

This is about as real as it gets.

The Stafford one is a bit sketchy, to this point anyway...

I always have felt this was probably Kupp's last season. You cant really give him a new contract with his injury history. I think if the Rams continue to lose it will happen this season, if they win he stays. I cant see the Rams moving off of Stafford as they have ZERO backup plan for the future. He is still elite and I would keep until he isnt, too hard to find QB's.

AGREED ... at this stage before the trade deadline, if a TON of capital is offered by a team that is desperate to have hopes for the playoffs, then YES it makes sense.

Kupp ... we and other teams gotta beware. Drafted with a 4.5 speed, and increased to a 4.3 speed after his "tommy John" knee surgery ... has certainly lost a step and probably now a tad slower than 4.5 speed

Both Kupp and Stafford have an in-route chemistry that many teams are NOT allowing anymore. Rogers-Adams will probably still be allowed to do it, and maybe Derek Carr when he returns back from his injury as Carr is the master at teaching his WR's how to read the defense's post-snap maneuvers.

Stafford? When his O-Line recovers he will once again be a force to be reckoned with. When Puka (on his rookie contract) returns, there will be no stopping him.

Silver cannot be trusted, ever, his stuff is like Bernie Micklasz, sometimes right on, other times, his "source" is full of it.

I've seen very little of Russini's stuff, though I was impressed. She did her homework better than anyone when asking questions at a recent press conference with Defensive-Coordinator. I just don't know if she can be trusted.

If Jourdan reports this herself, then the rumor and source will have more credence with me.

Of course they are calling team and teams are calling them. They are 2-4 and were 1-4 when making those calls. If Kupp doesn’t play or plays very little Thursday, the writing is in the wall. If the team keeps winning the Staff probably stays. I do t think they will get the draft capital they want in these trades.

I don't see how/why this happens with all the dad cap money that would be involved.
