Dylan McMahon is an interesting signing off the Eagles PS. As such he's likely to stay on the 53 man roster.

McMahon is a center with the potential to play OG as well. I find this an interesting signing. He's going to replace McAllister as primary backup to Limmer. This would suggest that Limmer is looked at as a long term starter so they need an upgrade behind him. McMahon brings athleticism lacking in McAllister. He would be a solid depth player.

By definition it would seem to suggest that Avila is looked at as the Rams starting LG from here forward. Jonah Jackson would seem to be a short term bridge. It would appear that Dotson is safe.

I think we will see a new OL next year.

2025 Potential OL:

LT G. Christian
LG Avila
C Limmer
RG Dotson
RT McClendon

Swings: OT McDermott, C/OG McMahon, OT/OG KT Leveston

I can't believe the Rams didn't do their research on Geron. He's been in the NFL since 2014 and played well as a developing player until his knee injury in 2020. He's struggled since then. Coaching or knee? I think the Rams are going with coaching as a big part of the problem. When I look at the timeline Christian was drafted in Washington in 2014 and I believe McVay was the OC at the time. I think McVay personally knows what kind of player he's got in Geron.

Christian was drafted in the 3rd round in 2018. At 28 he's still got some years ahead of him. Maybe they find another overlooked gem like with Dotson? One can hope so.
