Overview
Center-only prospect on the next level, lacking desired length and NFL play strength. McMahon plays with good intelligence and technique, which serves him well against average competition, but he is likely to struggle when it comes to getting and keeping NFL competition blocked in both the run game and in pass protection. He will need to get bigger and stronger and play for a zone-scheme unit to have a shot at sticking on a roster.

Strengths
Starter at center or guard for the better part of four years.
Plays with good technique and awareness on most reps.
Works smoothly from one block to the next on the second level.
Pass sets with ready hands and a direct punch.
Above-average recognition of twist games in front of him.

Weaknesses
Lack of mass and arm length are major concerns.
Struggles to keep better players from crossing his face in pursuit.
Below-average leg drive to open a run lane.
Frequently in battles for hand placement in pass protection.
Bull rushers able to drive through his edges and into the pocket.

A chance we do both maybe? Or was this the best lineman available on league Practice Squads?

The Rams signed Ty Nsekhe to play LT. He hasn't played in two years but has been hanging around as a camp body and backup. He was the only bright spot on the OL in 2022. I see him as a bridge until Jackson, then Noteboom return.

Add to this (I hope it’s a typ-O) he’s 38 years old….OK, I’m trying really hard moderators. lol. WTH is going on im Ramland?? A Center and a 38 YO Guard who hasn’t started since 2022 with only 25 starts in the NFL. OK, OK, shoot, we’ll fix this.

Where the hell do you think we are goi g to find a starting caliber LT to come in for the next few weeks?? They just aren’t available. Unless you think we should trade for someone more legit?? It’s a bad sitch and will have to be schemed around.
