Et tu, Tutu?

Seems unnecessary to me from a risk/reward standpoint. We went 8-4 in games KW played last year, and 2-3 in games he didn't (and 1 win was the Scrub Bowl vs. SF). Just saying...

I tried to look it up and i probably did it wrong since the numbers i found seem hard to believe but the Rams faced 28 punts last year and fair caught 24?

Edit: I think it's 28 returns and 24 fair catches.

All i really want from my punt return team is to put the ball safely in Stafford's hands.

I think Tutu will return kicks but we'll see...

Not worried about K Will as PR. Not sure that will be all season. And he will probably be pretty damn good at it.

I'm sure he will be good at it. It's the health part that worries me. He's missed 11 games in 2 years (7 & 4) just being the RB.

Just when I think McVay is getting it all right he lets Snead trade his D Captain/signal caller, top tackler with only Rozeboom and Reeder to replace him, cuts Xavier Smith who will never make it from the waiver wire to the practice squad and makes his star RB the new PR. wow.

The sky isn’t falling but we enter the Lion’s den without AD, EJ, our starting LT, RT, TE and backup QB but hey, there’s a week to go. He can still trade Stafford.

In all seriousness, I can’t help but feel this is either overconfidence in Kyren’s health (missed most of camp with injury) or giving him a good excuse to get Blake Corum on the field to start drives when Williams actually returns a punt. As much as I was pulling for Stetson Bennett I’d rather cut him in week 3 and move up Xavier from the PS if we are able to sign him. strange

def concerned about health but I expect when it doubt at all fair catch, only return when clean from jarring hits.
