The writer badly misses on the 1st one, he has the Rams giving up WAY too little to go from 19 to 8, but other than that a solid list.

Yeah, the trade calculator has Rams giving up 1040 points and getting 1400. They'd have to give up their 2nd and 3rd along with the 1st to match value. Although I would not give up the 2nd and 3rd to swap firsts from 19 to 8. I don't think the value between 8 and 19 is that much different to be worth giving up the next two picks.
