There are a lot of cliché phrases used by NFL players and coaches ... I hate most of them ... "at the end of the day" is one of my most hated.

But there is one cliché that I've heard McVay use a LOT ... and that is the word "RESILIENT" ... I haven't grown tired of it. It is a word that is hard to misuse.

I think the word epitomizes the Rams this season.
