Don't normally start the next game's thread so soon but lots of news already.
Early line is Rams by 4, 4 1/2 or 5 depending where you look...

A lot of time to recover for both Garrett and the QB. Regardless, the Rams need to play even better than they did today to win.
Staff and Kupp and Higs get another week to heal up more.

To add:
DENVER -- Injuries continue to mount for the Browns, who lost quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson to a concussion during Sunday's 29-12 loss to the Broncos.
On top of Thompson-Robinson's injury, Browns star pass-rusher Myles Garrett said he felt a pop in his shoulder during the game. In the Cleveland locker room, trainers had to help Garrett put his shirt on and then put his shoulder in a sling.
Garrett said he'll get the shoulder examined after the Browns fly to Los Angeles. The Browns will practice there this week, instead of flying back to Cleveland, heading into next Sunday's game at the Los Angeles Rams.
"I'm not going to come out unless it's falling off -- it's already falling off," Garrett said of the shoulder. "I want to win just as much as the rest of these guys. ... I'm giving them every ounce I've got, I don't care how I'm feeling."
In Denver, the Browns were without their other star defensive player, Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward, who didn't play because of his own shoulder injury.
Top wideout Amari Cooper also left Sunday's game in the second half after a big hit to his ribs, though Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said X-rays came back negative.
Thompson-Robinson, meanwhile, was making his third career start for quarterback Deshaun Watson, who is out for the season with a shoulder injury. Watson, who suffered a fracture to his throwing shoulder on Nov. 12 in a win over the Baltimore Ravens, underwent surgery last week.
Thompson-Robinson suffered the concussion in the third quarter after a long third-down scramble. He attempted a pass rolling right, but as he threw, Denver linebacker Baron Browning hit him high.
Officials threw a flag on Browning for roughing the passer. Thompson-Robinson didn't get up for several minutes before he was escorted to the injury tent.
PJ Walker, who has two starts for the Browns this season, replaced Thompson-Robinson.
Although Walker took over Sunday, the Browns have another quarterback option moving forward in 38-year-old Joe Flacco, who signed with Cleveland last week. Flacco won Super Bowl XLVII while with the Baltimore Ravens and was named the game's MVP.
"I definitely believe I can still play," Flacco said before his first practice with the Browns last Wednesday. "Whatever my role ends up being, and wherever this takes me, then I'll do my best at that."
Stefanski declined to say whether Flacco could start if Thompson-Robinson is ruled out for the Rams game with the concussion. When later asked if Thompson-Robinson will remain Cleveland's starting quarterback if he passes the concussion protocol, Stefanski said, "Let's see how he does this week with the protocol."
The Browns drafted Thompson-Robinson in the fifth round out of UCLA. He had completed 14 of 29 passes for 134 yards and a touchdown before the injury. He led the Browns on a game-winning field goal drive in last week's 13-10 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

While this is obviously all problems for the elves, it also makes game planning hard on the Rams not knowing who is going at QB and if Garrett is going to go.

The secondary was really good yesterday. I hope that continues against the brownies, elves or whatever they are. Really liked seeing Taylor get some reps and Tomlinson. He’s aggressive and once he gets that a little cleaner, he’s going to be a problem for offenses.

We had 10 sacks the first 6 games and we've had 15 the last 5 games. So we're improving there. I'd like to see a comparison of pressures and QB hits over the same two segments of season. Is that the DL or secondary or a little of both?

I’d like to see that too. Raheem changed his rush plan after the first drive. And blitzed a lot more once the Rams got a lead. I think, actually I am certain that is the recipe. Now, if MCV keeps calling an unpredictable game plan that features the run game, screens and multiple use of the TEs, we might just start playing better on O. And that will set the D up to really shine, both in rush and coverage. Ball control drives really help this D study as they said between series. That is huge.

The sacks are coming up but I'd like to see the takeaways rise more. We only have 9 takeaways (6 in the last 6 games; 3 in the first 5).
