I like his skill set and I think he could play in the NFL but he has to keep his nose clean.
If he can't make it in Cleveland then he won't make it in Dallas or LA.
Although I think our locker room could keep him check but it's risky.

Manziel to Cowboys as a backup might change the QB draft order in our favor. The Browns and Niners who pick before us are still projected to pick a QB. Could the 3rd QB slip to us?
RGIII is intriguing. He would make for a spirited TC. Not sure he has settled down the locker room problems though
