ZERO first downs in the 4th quarter. Gained negative cumulative yards the last 3 possessions. This is a decent decent defense and a BAD offense. And WTF was the offensive genius doing with the last possession? Get a first down and win the game. Don't even give that a decent chance. This team is not only bad they are hard to watch. TB is a lousy team and they can't even beat the lousy teams. They'll be lucky to win 6 games.

This team has no pride. No effort at all. They all suck. Coaches, offense, defense, special teams. Especially balls-free McVay. He plays not to lose which always results in a loss. Morris is just as bad. Afraid to be aggressive. He is worthless.

Bench Stafford and play Perkins. Stafford has lost it and the coaches don’t trust him to make a play. What good is he?

Unbelievable. With one first down, the game is over. McVay could roll out Stafford with instructions to not throw the ball if nobody is open. It probably catches TB offf-guard and results in a quick strike for a first down. Game over. At worst, Stafford runs for no gain and we punt.

Instead, ball-less McVay does a 1 yard run up the middle with Henderson. Are you kidding me, a run up the middle on 3rd???? The most gutless call ever. We lose. If that is not enough, the prevent D by Raheem is equally gutless.

Agree 100%. Gutless, lacking imagination. Some other observations:

1. Nice catch by Jefferson. I think he was open without a TB defender within a 5-7 yard radius and drops the freaking ball.
2. David Long plays corner last year and in the SB but Kendrick is better? That guy is a hot mess and should have been pulled.
3. AD was gassed on the last drive, barely rushed Brady.
4. Morris needs to be fired and Fangio brought in.
5. Stafford missed a wide open Skowronek in the end zone. Had to settle for a FG instead of a TD.
6. Evans should be summarily cut tomorrow morning.
7. The rookie RB coach should be fired.
8. The scouting department needs to be evaluated. If somehow they think we had replacement players "in house" to replace Corbett and Big Whit you have to seriously wonder about their ability to evaluate personnel.
9. Explain to me why we traded Bobby Trees and signed Robinson when that $$ could have bought some OL (Roger Saffold anyone).
10. Snead better open the checkbook and buy some veteran OL help, edge rusher and a RB.
11. Lets hope McVay has thoroughly enjoyed his first year of marriage and SB hangover and get back into the laboratory and rebuild this thing.
12. Rams need to get young and perhaps they can trade some vets for some high draft picks (relatively speaking) to rebuild the roster. Ramsey, Robinson, Akers are just a few that come to mind.

Agree about firing that SMU "up&coming young hot shit RB Coach" Rha'Shaad Samples. We are dead last in rushing in the NFL and he's handling our top Draft Pick RB, Cam Akers so fabulously, that Akers got so pissed off as to want out. What a shit coach! Now TE/Running Game Co-Ordinator Thomas Brown has to go back and help Samples out in the RB room.

STs were the second best unit out there today. Lol. They blocked a FG. Had some nice returns negated by penalty. Defense Was really good, until it wasn’t. When it mattered the most. Offense is offensive, at best. We are actually young in a lot of places, on D especially. And everyone is leaving out reloading at safety. We have guys that are FAs after the season. Scott and Rapp. Both can be upgraded, frankly and we already have Fuller when he gets back. So we should be ok there. Corner were good. Kendrick’s will be better for all the shit he gets from all his mistakes. He can play but would be better in a more aggressive scheme me thinks.

OL and edge. Fix those and were good. We are fine at RB actually. We need another WR. Tutu experiment needs to end.

Obj would actually be a massive boost to this O. Kupp dictates coverage and OBj gets open quickly. Or he did before the injury. Would help that sieve of an OL as well. It I doubt he signs here.

100% M. This team really needs him. The Oline was hit or miss but WRs need to get open , , create secondary problems.

The real problem on defense is that our front 4 cannot create scary pressure. At least in time with our defense sagging so far off the LOS. It's a recipe for disaster which we experienced in the 4th quarter in the last 2 minutes tonight.
I'm afraid that tonight's game was the writing on the wall and it's time to get out the fork.

Time to rethink and figure out what's best for our team going forward....
