ok, before you say, "you're crazy"...

why not?

maybe new orleans is ready to move on...

i think he has more in the tank than manning, and i think we could pick up his contract, if we wanted to...

and it would give us more than one year to groom a replacement..

go rams

Would he really fit in a run first offense? Manning is showing he's willing to hand off the ball and rely on the backs. But would Brees?

Brees is getting up there in years but is still a top tier QB. He's good at reading the field, finding the open guy. He would be a great tutor for Mannion. I would think after getting pummeled with Chargers crappy OL he'd be more than happy to play behind Rams OL who only gave up 18 sacks.

Any pummeling Brees got was in NO. I imagine Rivers might agree with your sentiment though.
Hard to believe the rams only gave up 18 sacks,,, but of course they only threw it 19 times ... lol

I think Brees is very unrealistic for the Rams with Payton still there. If Peyton would've left, then NO might've rebuilt and went with a young QB. NO would be terrible without Brees.

Brees is 10k behind Peyton Manning for most yards in history, and 111 in passing TD (Tied with Brady).
There's no way he's going somewhere that wont let him sling it 40 times a game so he has a shot at both records
I know they "say" that the individual records don't matter, but they do
