I almost think they have to keep him away from SF if want any shot at the division. Carolina is salivating right now.

If he goes to San Francisco that'll put them over the top. That dude is good and can carry Goroppolo. That is not good news for us.

No, not good for us. I don't believe we can beat them without a guy like that. But I had hope other teams would beat them enough to give us a shot at the division. With him that hope starts to dwindle pretty fast.

We should snag him at this years salary to save ourselves, then figure out how to restructure him later. Win win, no SF and we get a solid RB option. Akers could be a nice sweetner albeit not woth that much.
