I wouldn’t have started the thread, but he’s on the short list for Seattle.

If he wants to face AD and the Rams D twice a year and end up a wild card at best every year, welcome to the NFC West!!

I don't see Watson going to Seattle unless the conventional wisdom is completely wrong. Wilson wanted out because at heart, Carroll is about running and defense. Why would Watson want in on that?

However, I believe he was still receiving his salary. Scuttlebutt on the niners blowtorch station is that a suspension of games and salary is still on the table.

But, what is your reason for believing this happens?

I'm hoping its the Saints or Panthers. That would make things more difficult for the Bucs and Brady.
