How do you guys think the grass at the Coliseum will affect our players speed? guys like Tavon, or the speed of our defensive line?

With the exception of the Mud Bowl, that field was always in pristine condition.

That game was BS. They crushed the Vikes 35-3 earlier that year in the Coliseum. God, I hated the Vikings and Cowboys so much in the 70s.

Rumor has it NFL might have the Rams play Thanksgiving night at Coliseum because USC plays ND that Saturday night.

Heard this on Wes and Meyers show.

I remember Pat Haden saying he couldn't grip the ball. His hands were too small to start with and the rain and mud made it impossible. Boy, the Rams were snake bit back then.

That's why I never liked Pat Haden, he was short, weak arm and small hands, but smart? Sound familiar? Anyways it always bothered me the Rams traded Jaworski and kept Haden because of Haden's pedigree and nothing more. Like Haden the person and the announcer and the way he's embraced the Rams coming home, but hated him as a QB and I believe the Rams would have kept Ferragamo and not allowed him to go to Canada, but they thought they were set with Pat Haden once again and again Haden proved he was better off talking about the game than playing it.

Remember Jaws saying the Rams wanted a QB who looked good on a cereal box, that's why they let him go?

Even now, you gotta look good if you want to be the man in LA. Zelasko said Les Snead is so LA, just look at his hair.

Tony Romo would be the king of LA playing in a Rams uniform.

I felt exactly the same about Haden. Exactly

I thought Jeff Kemp came after Ferragamo?
