Her name says it all.
I wonder how Chip and Lucia are feeling having sold to a person who actually did take the team back to LA, which was against GVFIGJHWRF's orders?

I think all they ever REALLY cared about was money. Which is understandable. Not everyone is a football fan. But that sort of thing is never going to set well with us fanatics. Someone who gets married 7 times isn't one you'd presume was loyal, traditional or sentimental. All of which, most football fans are.

Worst owner in LA sports history. Yes, worse than Sterling.

No they do not. Kroenke owns 100% now.

I was reading the sports page this morning as there was a small article about the Chargers being a possible tenant in Stan's palace.
The first sentence started like this..."The Los Angeles Rams owner has ..."
I did a double take at "Los Angeles Rams". It just looked so cool seeing it in print in my Bay Area paper. Nothing against St. Louis, but the name "St. Louis Rams" never seemed right to me.
As for Georgia, yeah, she was a peach. An embarrassment in a long line of embarrassments that this franchise and its fans has been subjected.
Now, fix the uniforms and get in the playoffs and all will be forgiven.

I'd really like to forget Georgia, she was supposed to allow Carroll Rosenbloom's son Steve Rosenbloom run the Rams, she was never supposed to be involved, she was owner in name only because of the inheritance tax because back then if you left the money to your wife they were not subject to the tax. CR set it up that way so the family could keep the team longer.
Problem is with Georgia, it was not her, John Shaw got in her ear and convinced her to fire Steve and take control and in essence Shaw had her ear for the rest of her life. It was John Shaw that convinced GF to move because he was part of the expansion committee and was privy to the money that was available.
In the end I could not stand Georgia being owner of my Rams and my detest for Shaw is equal to that of Madame Georgia and in the end the St. Louis people should understand that when you make a deal with the devil the chickens come home to roost.
Carroll Rosenbloom, Don Klosterman and Chuck Knox after they hired Knox in 1973.

I did not know until now that it was Shaw who caused her to fire Steve. I recall how sad I was when that happened, perhaps more sad then when they moved to Anaheim or StL. I knew at that moment that the team had changed forever. Well, at least until now. Now, it feels like it did when Carroll owned the team.
