Sorry not Rams related but LA related.
Glenn Frey, the guitarist and singer for the legendary 1970s band The Eagles, has died at age 67.
According to a report at TMZ on Monday afternoon, Mr. Frey had surgery for intestinal problems in November and then “in the last few days his condition took a turn for the worse.”
Bummer man. That band in the sky is getting better all the time.

This has been a brutal start to the year with celebrity/musician deaths.

Really what this means is we and our heroes are getting old.
The Bowie one hit me pretty hard. He was a big part of my world in my late teens and early 20's...

Couldn't sleep that night when I found out about Bowie. Speaking about Heroes, one of his finest albums during the Berlln Trilogy.

Sad.
What pulls on my heart strings is watching the end of the album era
Listening to an Eagles LP was like reading a book, each sone a different chapter
Music today is all about downloads and what song is hot
I know I'm sounding like your father but still

I can't listen to music anymore... so much is written by marketers who let focus groups drive their end product.
