Week 6: Other games
PostPosted:3 years 8 months ago
TNF:
Tampa (4-1) @ Philly (2-3)
Tampa is #1 in passing, #1 in stopping the run (45.8 ypg; 2.9 y/att). Philly is #3 vs the pass, #4 in y/att rushing (5.2). Should be a Tampa win as they could put up comparable numbers to Dallas (41 pts) and KC (42 pts). But strange things happen in the NFL.
London Game (6:30 am PST)
Miami (1-4)@ Jax (0-5)
Does anybody outside of Florida really care?
Early Games Sunday:
Houston (1-4) @ Indy (1-4)
Gotta go with Indy here, despite snatching defeat from the jaws of victory on MNF.
LAC (4-1) @ Baltimore (4-1)
Battle of division leaders. Best game in the early group.
Minnesota (2-3) @ Carolina (3-2)
Has the air come out of that Carolina balloon? I think so.
KC (2-3) @ Washington (2-3)
Washington needs a win. Bad news for them is so does KC.
Cincinnati (3-2) @ Detroit (0-5)
It's gotta come down to a FG, right? 19-17 Cincinnati!!
Green Bay (4-1) @ Chicago (3-2)
Interesting game. With a win the Bears would be leading the North. I don't see it.
Late Games:
Arizona (5-0) @ Cleveland (3-2)
Arizona is letting up 139 yards per game on the ground. Ironically, the only team they held under 100 was Tennessee in week 1. The Browns are averaging 187 on the ground. Unstoppable force meets totally movable object? The Ram fan in me says Cleveland wins.
Las Vegas (3-2) @ Denver (3-2)
Do the Raiders recover from 2 straight losses and the Gruden mess? Does Denver recover from 2 straight losses?
Dallas (4-1) @ N.England (2-3)
Dallas rolls, I gotta believe.
SNF:
Seattle (2-3) @ Pittsburgh (2-3)
The winner is .500. The loser is in trouble. If they tie, they're both in trouble!
MNF:
Buffalo (4-1) @ Tennessee (3-2)
Both teams are in control of their divisions. Buffalo is coming off a huge, emotional win in KC. Should be a great game.
