Where should the Rams build a practice facility?

I know there are about 11 acres of uncontaminated land in Carson that will be going for cheap.

Roggin said a location in his show last night (hour 5), but I've forgotten.

They were talking about Thousand Oaks at one point, which isn't real far from Oxnard...

Chargers used to have traning camp at Stub Hub center. Really wouldn't be a bad choice. More than one field, weight rooms, classrooms. Also close to my house so I can go watch.

I'm 5 minutes from T.O.. I hope it's their.

Where will they hold OTAs and training camp though?

Thousand Oaks is 10-15 minutes from me. I could totally see them doing something In the Agoura, Westlake or Thousand Oaks area. It's sprawled out and just far enough away from the city to be quiet and peaceful. Also the weather out there is absolutely perfect. When it's 100 in the valley, it will be 86-90 in Thousand Oaks. Great schools, upper class neighborhoods and easy access to LA with a 30-45 min ride to LA on Sundays.
