1. If Chargers stay in San Diego, Raiders move to LA.
2. If Chargers move to LA, Raiders move to SD

No matter how you look at it, OUCH (for Chargers).

I am more inclined to think:

Rams in LA ( doh, can't get off my prediction wagon)

San Diego in San Diego ( Truly two LA teams )

Raiders in Oakland.

Stan will only lease for 1 buck a year and revenue share for rent. BIG deterrent.

I think the Chargers stay, the city will pass the ballot measure and build downtown where Spanos wants.

I think by years end Davis sells to Elison.

Hopefully the Raiders will make a deal in Oakland or somewhere else while SD is still on the clock.

And then Spanos, who seems incapable of making any kind of move will run the clock out having done nothing...

That's it OldSchool, if the ballot measure passes, Spanos get's $100M for the 1 year charade he put on, to stay where he and his team belongs. Over saturation of LA averted, even distribution of fans over the greater southern California regions.

The Raider will ge something done in Oak imo. The other cities talk is the same leverage crap that has been going on for 20 years. I'm so glad that our team is now out of that discussion,,, other than that empty locker room in our stadium which I'm certain the NFL loves.
